Wife and I were in Houston to visit family & friends there for the first time since November, 2014, when we made an emergency 1,000 miles in a day drive from Phoenix. (Or, more accurately, 20 hours, including a one-hour cat nap near San Antonio.) The last time I flew in had to be 10 years ago.
I try to go hiking everywhere I travel, but this trip I stuck to the hotel exercise room, biking through virtual France. It was more peaceful than Houston’s freeways!
