After our usual round of fall travel — #dashcam in tow — to Maryland, Florida, Missouri and Las Vegas, for this edition of Phoenix Asshole Drivers, we stuck close to home. Our old asses needed a break. 👴🏻👵🏻
Before I turn you over to our scheduled programming, I have a question: Am I the only dashcammer who either edits out the save clicks, or who waits 5-10 seconds after an incident before clicking save? Even if I click save in the middle of an incident, I’ll go into the audio, clip just that 1-2 seconds out, then drag the audio forward to cover the silent gap.
Conversely, with in car audio that throws up YouTube warnings, rather than leave that segment silent, I’ll instead play some Creative Commons-licensed music to cover the gap. Anybody else do that?
