It’s been 11 months since YouTube unceremoniously defenestrated my account. I uploaded 380-something old YT videos to my Vimeo account, but with fewer — and less dedicated — viewers, Vimeo’s view counts just aren’t there. On YT, I had dozens of videos over 1,000 views — at least one of which was closing in on 200k views. On Vimeo, my most viewed video only has 301 views, the YouTube threshold for giving a video increased visibility. (Not a lot, by any means, but slightly more than nothing.)
Oh well. Guess I’ll keep plugging away …
