After what seemed like several down months, things have picked up dashcam-wise this month. Being late March, you would expect the snowbirds to be leaving, and Phoenix Traffic Stress Disorder lessening, but that has not been the case. It seems like every week is more chaotic than the last. I blame rats fleeing the sinking ship that is California.
