When I was working, I always lived where I could either commute the opposite direction of rush hour, or would leave for work well before the horde hit the road. Or, I lived so close to work, it did not matter.
In Milwaukee, I lived downtown and worked a few blocks away and, later, in Brown Deer. Then I moved to Grafton. So, I only had to dodge speed traps in Cedarburg, not gridlock on I-43.
In Phoenix, I lived just a few miles from the office on Missouri St. When I worked out in Scottsdale, I left for work at 5:30 a.m. The commute back sucked though, as even at 3:00 p.m. Bell Rd. is a zoo. Wish I had a dashcam back then!
Thankfully, I’m now retired, so I don’t have to worry, too much, about going “Falling Down” in traffic.
That means, though, that most of dashcam footage is gathered when I am on my way to or from a hike. So, these incidents are not strictly Phoenix Traffic Stress Disorder (PTSD), but asshole drivers from across Arizona.

Phoenix Asshole Drivers #34
There was a video here, but YouTube deleted my account: I’m now on Rumble and Vimeo.
Hard to believe there are so many idiots on the road.
I know, right?
Lots of good ones this time! King Asshole was astounding, as was Walmart. I almost got taken out by a USPS truck on Thursday while riding my bike Two lane road. I’m on far right side sort of bike path area. He’s in left lane. I’m going faster and figure I’ll be passing soon … until USPS (no blinker) decides to turn right from far left lane … I’m on full brakes and miss rear fender by three inches, maybe. Thought I was going to t-bone the pension funder and end up in the hospital.
Not surprised. Fedex is awful too! I just told somebody on another dashcam video to let me know when he spots a Fedex driver that *is* obeying traffic laws. Glad you are okay!
