I was going to do this hike on Sunday, explore some of the new trails and get a few more miles in before hiking with autumnstars in Nevada next weekend, but that was before finding out at 3:30 p.m. Friday afternoon that my boss was expecting me to cram 60 hours of work into 40, because they had me working other things the last two weeks. Angry? Oh yeah … 😡

Best part? I have a previously scheduled cardiologist appointment on Thursday. He will have a heart attack when he sees my stress levels.
