You've got to march to a different drummer
You've got to march to a different beat
If you want to be your own person
You've got to be unique

If you want to be part of the crowd
You'll have to change your clothes
And you'll change your hair
Change your friends & music & cares
You'll be a new person
But the same old person too
You'll be part of the crowd then
So there's nothing you can do
Because of them - you're no longer you.
